have been attending 1-2-1 PT sessions with Michelle for nearly a year now and I can honestly say that she is the only one that has EVER kept me going with exercise this long. I was so scared and nervous when first starting but Michelle put me at ease and adjusted all exercises to suit.
She has also encouraged me to take up running and I’m now training for a half marathon - this girl works wonders 🥰
I would totally recommended Michelle for all your fitness needs.

I’ve been going to sessions with Michelle for some time and they seem to flyby as she pushes you to achieve your goals whilst making the workouts varied and fun. She always goes that extra mile by giving you tips and guidance between sessions. Can’t recommend Michelle highly enough, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and motivating.
I’ve been training with Michelle for well over a year now and it’s by far the best fitness choice I have made. I lacked motivation when in the gym and my knowledge wasn’t the greatest. When training with Michelle it’s becomes natural and easy. Michelle listens to your individual goal and focuses on those goals. Michelle has a very approachable attitude, affordable and flexible with sessions. All of the things you want in a trainer. I would highly recommend Michelle.
After being recommended to Michelle by my girlfriends friend. I have been going 3 times a week for a fair while now. She has a brilliant set up at home which she is constantly adding new equipment to. Her work outs are personalised to each of her clients and I know when I’m there they are the right exercises for me to achieve the goals I have in mind.
She does sport massage which helps as I’ve had a bad lower back for years. She uses a cupping technique alongside her massages and is now a regular thing. I’m really happy with the progress and result I am getting with Michelle!
One of the nicest and most knowledgeable PT’s I have ever come across. Michelle makes exercise fun whilst putting you through your paces. She also runs an awesome bootcamp on a Thursday man do you burn the calories!!! I highly recommend this lady.
After being recommended to the lovely Michelle by a good friend, I started to have one on one sessions with her at her home gym! She has such a brilliant set up at home and I have attended her bootcamps which are held on a Thursday evening and it's great value for money and you're 100% guaranteed to be sore the next day! (a good sore by they way). Michelle has an easy going, great enthusiastic personality, she's just such a pleasure to go to for great workouts! 100% would recommend to everyone :)

My wife gave me as part of my birthday present this year four personal fitness sessions with Michelle.
Michelle quickly and sensitively assessed what I needed to take my fitness forward. She was pleasant, very easy to deal with and very responsive. She took me though some training routines which she then wrote up and emailed to me for future use. I would highly recommend Michelle as a personal trainer.
I would highly recommend Michelle as a personal trainer. Her home gym is lovely and was perfect for someone like me that didn’t feel comfortable going to a large gym. Michelle made me feel comfortable straight away and managed to take my mind off the exercise by having a good chat each week too! She was great at adapting my workout while I’ve been pregnant and I look forward to getting back to it once I have had the baby too.
From Massages to tapping me up before a Rugby match she has been amazing!!
In my massages I was sooo tight all over and had a lot of back pain! Just after the first session I started to pain free.
She has helped me with stretches to help my body preform better in matches and recover quicker.
The pre Rugby Match Tap and massage to loosen me up and strap in any injured/recovering injuries.

I have been attending sessions with Michelle for just over 4 months and what a fantastic personal trainer she is. When I first met Michelle, I wanted to improve my overall fitness and tone a number of muscles and I have already started to notice a difference! Thank you Michelle.
Michelle works you hard and pushes you to achieve your desired results. However, she does it is such a way that you always feel like you have had a really good work out and accomplished something new each week (or however often you go).
Michelle plans each of your session before your meet her and then works through these with you. she then sends you a copy of your workout following the session so that you can do this on your own.
Michelle is also a great person to train with and makes exercise fun! She is funny, knowledgeable, caring, emphatic, gives great advice and generally someone that you want to have a chat with (except when you are not our of breathe!!).
I would highly recommend Michelle.
I first met Michelle through Anytime Fitness. I was going through a rough stage so my dad invested in some personal training sessions for us. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I’m not the fittest and have never really enjoyed exercising but Michelle has really changed that. We had 13 sessions with her and each one was different. I wouldn’t always say that it was always fun because at times it was hard, but Michelle was always so patient with me. We were always able to laugh through the pain though! I definitely noticed a different in 12 weeks for sure. I now know how to use the gym equipment effectively and plan my workouts around one’s that I have done with Michelle in the past. Now Michelle has started the online workouts especially for this difficult time and it is doing me wonders. I’m motivated to get up and do the workout, it sets me up for the day and gets me going. There is always motivation from Michelle and she is only ever a text away if I need some advice.
Michelle's bootcamp sessions always leave you feeling like you have really accomplished something. I've been training with Michelle for 2 years, and it is still really varied and enjoyable! No plans to stop anytime soon : )
I've been going to Michelle's Thursday bootcamp for over 2 years now and love every session. She always makes the sessions different and varied through the use of kettlebells, slam balls, powerbags etc. Very good value for money too!
Such a good pt! Fun, chatty and extremely motivating! If it wasn’t for her I would have given up with fitness a long time ago! Her home gym is incredible and keeps me going 3x a week as I don’t like going to an open gym! ♥️♥️

What a fantastic sports therapies as a runner I always have a niggle that needs sorting and Michelle is always to the rescue couldn’t recommend enough.
It is personal to your needs . I’ve been coming to Michelle for a while now and have no intention of stopping!
Seen Michelle a few times for a sports massage as suffer from exceedingly tight ITB’s from lack of stretching. Friendly, knowledgeable lovely lady who had worked wonders on my legs 👍🏼
I had my first sports massage with Michelle this week and can't recommend it enough. After a long time of working myself hard and not really thinking about much beyond the exercise, it was great to get some help and support on how to deal with the aches and pains.
I have been working with Michelle for a while now I go to the regular boot camp she holds on a Thursday evening in Drayton and I also have had a PT programme with her at the gym Anytime fitness. She is fabulous and really listens to your needs, she is very encouraging and is always there to answer my queries or questions. I am currently training for the Oxford half and Michelle is now helping me get my time just under 2 hours!
Would definitely recommend Michelle to everyone no matter what your ability! 😊

After having some health issues I was really worried to start going back to the gym. I didn’t want to over do it and I didn’t know what would be suitable for me to do.
I was nervous and worried so I didn’t go back for a year. I was recommend to try a personal trainer which at the time I thought was ridiculous and didn’t see the point.
But I went for a session to try it out to see how I felt and I loved it.
Michelle is great. She listened to my worries and helped me feel confident in the gym again. The sessions are brilliant. She works you hard but in the best way possible. No shouting or screaming.

Really enjoy Michelle's bootcamps on Fridays and Sundays. She pushes you to your limit but knows when it's been reached. I always come away feeling good and liked I've worked hard!
I am not a lover of the gym. I much prefer sitting in my pjs eating cheese and drinking lots and lots of wine. This is how I've lived my life until October 2017 when I joined a gym and was introduced to Michelle. I've been training with her ever since and we have such a laugh, the gym doesn't seem like a chore anymore. I do still like to have my lazy days but as I am seeing results (my arms have some very good definition which I am OVERJOYED about!) and have such a good time working out now, I'm really motivated to go. Michelle explains everything well and knows the right combination of when to push you and when to let you rest. She's really easy to get along with which just makes working out an all round more pleasurable experience.
Sessions with Michelle are hard but she also makes them fun. She’s so knowledgeable and knows how to get the best out of people. I never thought I’d have bikini photos from a recent girls holiday that I was actually proud of but Michelle helped me get to that point and I’m so grateful. I would highly recommend!
