Firstly, I’m Michelle, a Personal Trainer based at Anytime Fitness Abingdon, a private studio in Drayton and your home if required!
I got into fitness some years ago when I set myself the challenge of running a 5km for charity in under 30 minutes, back then I could barely even run for a bus ;)
Since then I’ve been hooked and have never looked back. These days I find myself sprinting for Radley Athletics Club but also like to squeeze in a good weights session at the gym.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer back in 2016 and now want to help others like me reach their goals, however big or small, and hopefully have some fun along the way.
I have recently qualified as a level 3 sports massage therapist and trained in kinesiology and sports taping!
