I am qualified Personal Trainer having only got into fitness 6 years ago when I set myself the challenge of running a 5km in under 30 minutes when I could barely even run for the bus. Since then I’ve been hooked, these days I find myself sprinting for Radley Athletics Club but also like to squeeze in a good weights session. I now want to help others like me reach their goals, however big or small, and hopefully have some fun along the way!

I studied with Premier International (a leading health and fitness industry Training Provider) earning my advanced diploma in Personal Training, alongside experience in Circuits, Kettlebell and pad work.

I flex the sessions to make them as fun and enjoyable as possible whilst tailoring them to individual abilities and needs. My aim is to push and support you all the way to achieving your personal fitness goal and I can’t wait to get started!
