Firstly, a bit about me….
I’m Michelle, I live in Oxfordshire with my partner and two crazy springer spaniels (Gizmo & Millie).
At the age of 36 I qualified as a personal trainer, a little later than your average PT but fell in love the gym and looking after my body after going there to seek refuge from a very stressful job!
Since then I’ve done a good mixture of things including, resistance training, sprinting and long distance running but these days I’m finding a good balance between them all and even adding in a little bit of Pilates and Yoga for Mind, Body and Soul!
LET’S BE REAL….I’m only human, I want to have a meal out with friends, the odd glass of wine, enjoy nice food and the occasional chocolate bar. I believe everything is better in moderation, including exercise which should be part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Only you know what that means for you and your body, but I can help coach, support and guide you to your ultimate fitness and body goals!
My service isn't about a crazy exercise & fad diet approach, its about creating healthy habits without restriction, we must remember....
